Play Safe

• Participate at your own risk.
• Only take part if you are fit and able to do so.
• Follow all staff instructions and venue signage.
• Stop immediately and notify staff if you feel unwell or injured.

Respect Others

• Treat all participants, staff and visitors with respect.
• Offensive, threatening, discriminatory or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave if their behaviour impacts the safety or enjoyment of others.

Venue Rules

• Non-marking sports shoes must be worn on court.
• No food is permitted on the courts.
• No smoking, vaping, alcohol, drugs or weapons.
• Children under 10 must be supervised by a responsible adult.

Personal Belongings

• Please take care of your belongings.
• Kingston Pickleball Centre is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.

Photography & Privacy

• We may take photos or videos for promotional purposes.
• We will not use identifiable images of children without parent or guardian consent.
• If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please let our team know.

Bookings & Cancellations

• All bookings are subject to our full Terms & Conditions.
• Late arrivals, non-attendance and cancellations may not be eligible for refunds or credits.
• Full booking and cancellation policies are available in our Terms & Conditions.

Safety & Liability

• Pickleball is a physical activity and carries some risk of injury.
• Participants are responsible for playing within their own ability and taking reasonable care for their own safety.
• We recommend protective eyewear during play.
