Adult Programs
Skills and Drills Program
- A skills based coaching program designed to improve technique, court positioning and game play strategy through an array of isolated drilling and simulation match play that works on key learnings of the session.
- Please note 3 levels these classes are offered and your DUPR rating or experience level (BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE, ADVANCED) will be used to ensure similar levels for maximum player satisfaction.
Novice Introduction session
A one-off session for participants that have never played pickleball. This session is an introduction session focusing on the basic concepts of the game and scoring. It is a pre- requisite session for novice players if they wish to have group coaching sessions or attend Cardio Pickleball sessions.
Beginner Coaching Program
A program designed to focus on the fundamentals of pickleball strokes, movement and court positioning. Scoring and learning the basics of playing pickleball for social match play in a relaxed learning environment are the main focus of these sessions.
Match Play with Coach Program
- Match play under the guidance of a pickleball coach offering tips, feedback and demonstrations during point play for optimal learning.
- Please note 3 levels of match play classes are offered and your DUPR rating or experience level (BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE, ADVANCED), will be used to ensure similar levels for maximum player satisfaction.
Adult Squad Program
Intermediate (DUPR 3.0-3.9), advanced (DUPR 4+) and Elite (DUPR 5.0+) squads by coach invite.
These sessions focus on intense drilling, targeted focus areas and match play in preparation for tournaments and competitive play.
Corporate Team Pickleball Program
- An engaging pickleball introductory program designed for corporates to encourage team building, a basic understanding of the game and match play in an inclusive and fun setting.
Junior coaching programs
Paddle Pups Pickleball Program (pre – school ages 2-5yrs) maximum 4 children
A tailored pickleball program designed for pre- school kids focusing on gross motor skills, hand eye and general coordination, foundation paddle/racket skills, ball tracking, basic pickleball strokes, rules, teamwork and sportsmanship in a fun and inclusive environment. Specifically modified paddles with a smaller grip, shorter length and lighter weight with a puppy theme, are used to ensure optimal success and interest.
Mini Mavs performance squad program
- Squads by coach invite
- These sessions focus on enhancing skills for match play in preparation for tournaments
Kids coaching and social play ages (8+)
Holiday pickleball camps
Camps for ages 5-13 available during school holiday periods. Information will be made available prior to the school holidays.

Corporate packages (Basic package 8 people) per hour $200.00 with a coach and includes paddle and ball hire
Party basic packages (kids &/or adults max 8) per hour $200.00 with a coach
Add some extra love for the team and get them a gift pack for $20.00 per person, the pack includes a water bottle, key ring & 1 bottle of water all in a Switch string bag, plus a $10.00 voucher to spend on court hire or any session.
